Vacation Information

PAYMENT

Initial Deposit: A $25 per person (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Second Deposit: $225 per person is due on or before October 8, 2009.
Final Payment: Due on or before December 17, 2009.

Insurance

Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance will be offered when your reservation is confirmed. This insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment. Pre-existing coverage is only available if purchased within 7 days of initial deposit. Form of Payment: We accept personal checks and major credit cards for deposits and final payments. Personal checks must be received in our office no later than 5-days from date of confirmation. Make your check payable to Carefree Travel, Inc. Credit card payments may be made by telephone or fax. Vacation documents will not be released for any trip until a check has had 10 working days to clear. Escorted Departures are subject to minimum participation to insure escorts. Once ANY payment is made (deposit or full payment), a $50 fee per booking applies to all cancellations, in addition to cancellations fees charged by suppliers.
